1. Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if:

  • You are not satisfied with the Service
  • The Service has not been significantly used

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be granted if:

  • The Service has been extensively used
  • Abuse or misuse is detected
  • The request is made after 14 days

3. Subscriptions

For recurring subscriptions:

  • You may cancel at any time
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law

  • Email used for purchase
  • Reason for refund

5. Processing

Refunds are processed via Paddle and may take:

  • 5 to 10 business days depending on your payment method
