Terms of Service
Last updated: July 23, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bundle Drop ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), a platform for delivering over-the-air (OTA) updates and related services for React Native applications.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.
3. Account Registration
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Distribute malicious or harmful code
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Abuse or overload the infrastructure
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.
5. Payments and Billing
Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, which is the seller of record for your purchase. By purchasing a subscription:
- You agree to pay all applicable fees for your selected plan
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled
- Applicable taxes, such as VAT or GST, are assessed and collected by Paddle as the Merchant of Record
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: your paid access continues until then, and the subscription does not renew afterward. We do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining portion of a billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.
We do not store or process your full payment details directly.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your application code and assets.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and deliver your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Bundle Drop shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- Required by law or regulatory authorities
You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. This governs your relationship with Bundle Drop for use of the Service and is separate from the buyer terms of our Merchant of Record, Paddle, which apply to the payment transaction.
